Students that were taking psionics found themselves heading to the second floor of the castle, where the new department had taken root. A door hung open near the stairwell with some floating parchments and quills hanging around the entrance, a suitable indication of where the psionics classes were taking place. Inside was a meeting room style classroom, where the professor was stationed at the far back of the table, floating above a chair with his legs crossed.
"So... you must be the students I am assigned to teach for this term... that is most excellent... If you could kindly introduce yourselves, starting from the student to my left, I would appreciate it. Please give your name, year, and any interesting information about yourself you feel like sharing..."
The professor bobbed lightly in the air as he listened to the students introductions. When the last student to his right had introduced themselves, he began. "My name is Professor Eden Whitewing... you may call me Professor or Eden... it does not really matter to me... I am the professor of Psionics, the department of psychic warfare. In these courses... you shall learn how to command your mental ability into offensive and defensive techniques... therefore... without further ado, I suppose we shall begin..."
